For many candidates, the relationship with e-search simply starts with an informal chat with one of our consultants who are always on hand to give valuable advice. Once we have profiled you for a suitable position, we would then conduct a telephone interview, followed by a face-to face interview, before submitting your CV to one of our clients. This way, you have a much higher chance of receiving an offer as you are only put forward to targeted vacancies.
