e-search can give you friendly and informed advice to help you further your career in IT.

Candidates

e-search can help you, the 'candidate', find the job that suits your individual requirements best.

For many candidates, the relationship with e-search simply starts with an informal chat with one of our consultants who are always on hand to give valuable advice. Once we have profiled you for a suitable position, we would then conduct a telephone interview, followed by a face-to face interview, before submitting your CV to one of our clients. This way, you have a much higher chance of receiving an offer as you are only put forward to targeted vacancies.

Equal Opportunities Statement

e-search is committed to taking appropriate steps to avoid discrimination. All registrations will be based on merit, and no job applicant or employee will be discriminated against by reason of their race, religion, sex, ethnic origin, creed or disability.

Helping candidates

Our consultants can offer in-depth knowledge and helpful advice on:

  • The current job market
  • Your career direction
  • The company and role to which you are applying
  • The company's specific department and working environment
  • Making your projected salary competitive in the target market
