About e-search

e-search employs professional consultants dedicated to servicing their clients' needs.

We place people in permanent and contract positions at all levels; from graduates through to CTO level and at every level in-between. We spend as much time as possible with all our candidates in order to establish their level of experience, standard of technical ability, and their preferences regarding their new role. We work in partnership with our clients to gain a greater understanding of their brief, the culture of the company, the work they do and the way the company is run.

Whilst many of our clients use our services to recruit large volumes of staff, we are also used to dealing with smaller companies that may have one or two vacancies each year. It is important for us to treat these companies with the same levels of professionalism as our larger clients.
